紐約牛排館紀錄｜Steakhouse in New York
2026 家人和朋友來訪紐約之後，陪著他們陸續吃了不少牛排館。
我趕快紀錄一下。
紐約 Steakhouse 真的很多！有百年老店、Porterhouse、Prime Rib，也有景觀餐廳、法式、韓式、英式 Steakhouse。
不一定要找出最好吃的，每一家都有自己的特色，慢慢吃、慢慢收集！
一、吃過的紐約牛排館
1. Peter Luger Steak House
178 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11211
特色：Porterhouse
Brooklyn 很經典的百年牛排館。
來這邊就是要吃 Porterhouse！兩個人可以直接點 Steak for Two。
厚培根和蘆筍，也可以試試。
2. Keens Steakhouse
72 W 36th St, New York, NY 10018
特色：煙斗很酷！＋ Mutton Chop
1885 年開業的老牛排館。
這家我覺得最酷的是天花板上滿滿的煙斗，整間餐廳超級有老紐約的感覺。
除了牛排，這裡的 Mutton Chop 也很有名。
Mutton Chop 羊騷味超重，醬也很特殊，很有記憶點！
3. Gallaghers Steakhouse
228 W 52nd St, New York, NY 10019
特色：Broadway＋炭火
就在 Theater District，離 Broadway 很近，位置真的很厲害！
很適合安排 牛排＋Broadway 音樂劇，也可以搭配附近的 MoMA。
店裡可以直接看到 Dry-Aged 牛肉，而且是用 Hickory Coals 烤牛排，很有傳統美式 Steakhouse 的感覺。
附近還有 Felice 義大利餐廳，超好吃！
4. Smith & Wollensky
797 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10022
特色：Porterhouse＋巴菲特牛排＋服務生很熱情
很經典的 Manhattan Steakhouse。
綠白色建築很好認，就是很典型的紐約商務牛排館。
這次是來慶祝姪女生日！
服務生送了兩個蛋糕，一掃我們原本不開心的氣氛！所以除了牛排，對這家的服務印象也很好。
5. LongHorn Steakhouse
New Jersey
特色：New Jersey＋平價美式連鎖
這家不是紐約高級牛排名店，而是很典型的美國連鎖 Steakhouse。
價格比較平價一點，也比較像一般美國家庭平常吃牛排的感覺。
記得要訂位！
6. Ruth’s Chris Steak House
New York / New Jersey 多家分店
很有代表性的美國連鎖 Steakhouse。
Happy Hour 吃起來也不錯！！
二、Restaurant Week 吃過的餐廳
Restaurant Week 是我在紐約很喜歡的活動！
很多平常比較貴的餐廳，都可以利用 Prix-Fixe Menu 去體驗，這次不少都是 $60 三道菜。
這幾家不一定全部都是傳統 Steakhouse，但很適合趁 Restaurant Week 去體驗。
1. Manhatta
28 Liberty St, 60th Floor, New York, NY 10005
特色：60 樓 View＋Brooklyn Bridge – 韓國朋友很推薦！
這家最大的特色非常簡單：60 樓！
可以從高樓看 Lower Manhattan，景色真的很棒。我特別喜歡可以看到 Brooklyn Bridge！
重點不只是牛排，而是 View＋Fine Dining，跟傳統老派 Steakhouse 完全不同。
2. Crown Shy
70 Pine St, New York, NY 10005
特色：現代美式 Fine Dining＋米其林一星
就在 Financial District，跟 Manhatta 很近。
也是 Restaurant Week 很適合拿來體驗的餐廳。
3. Four Twenty Five
425 Park Ave, New York, NY 10022
特色：Jean-Georges＋建築很漂亮＋First Bite
Jean-Georges 的餐廳。
地址就是店名：425 Park Avenue！
餐廳本身很漂亮，挑高空間、樓梯和建築設計都很有特色。
還有送 First Bite＋甜點 Bite，加分！
吃完飯還可以順便逛第五大道 + MomA
4. Delmonico’s
56 Beaver St, New York, NY 10004
特色：紐約牛排歷史＋Wall Street
就在 Financial District，是很有歷史的老紐約餐廳。
華爾街附近聚餐很適合！
服務生態度也很好。這家跟 Eggs Benedict 的起源故事也很有關係。
來這裡不只是吃牛排，也是來體驗一下紐約 Steakhouse 的歷史。
5. La Tête d’Or by Daniel
318 Park Ave S, New York, NY 10010
特色：French Steakhouse＋氣氛很好＋位置很寬
Daniel Boulud 的法式 Steakhouse。
我自己很喜歡這家的空間，氣氛很好，而且座位很寬，不會很擠。
料理是 French＋American Steakhouse，跟 Peter Luger、Keens 又是完全不同的感覺。
三、還沒吃過的紐約牛排館
紐約牛排真的太多！
1. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse
4 Park Ave, New York, NY 10016
紐約另外也有 Times Square、Tribeca、Broadway 等分店。
特色：Peter Luger 系＋Porterhouse
創辦人 Wolfgang Zwiener 以前在 Peter Luger 工作很多年。
2. 4 Charles Prime Rib
4 Charles St, New York, NY 10014
特色：Prime Rib＋超難訂。West Village 很熱門的小餐廳。
前面吃很多都是 Porterhouse，這家換成 Prime Rib！
3. COTE Flatiron
16 W 22nd St, New York, NY 10010
特色：Korean BBQ × Steakhouse
韓國朋友推薦 （聽說 Las Vegas 比較容易吃到）
這家把韓式烤肉＋美式高級 Steakhouse結合在一起。
吃了這麼多傳統美式牛排，這家剛好可以換換口味。
4. Hawksmoor NYC
109 E 22nd St, New York, NY 10010
特色：British Steakhouse＋Charcoal Grill
來自英國的 Steakhouse。
我吃過倫敦的 Hawksmoor！
所以也想試試看 NYC 店，順便比較一下英國和紐約有什麼不同。
5. Sparks Steak House
210 E 46th St, New York, NY 10017
特色：Old-School New York
1966 年開業，也是 Manhattan 很經典的老派 Steakhouse。
Peter Luger、Keens、Gallaghers 都吃過了，Sparks 當然也要找時間收集一下！

🍖 4 Charles Prime Rib — Prime Rib. West Village. Nearly impossible reservation. Challenge accepted.
🇰🇷 COTE Flatiron — Korean BBQ meets the American steakhouse. A completely different way to experience great beef.
🇬🇧 Hawksmoor NYC — British steakhouse, New York edition. I’ve done London — NYC is next.
🗽 Sparks Steak House — Old-school Manhattan. Classic steaks, classic New York, no gimmicks.
